Terms & Conditions for the Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers by Ayten Gasson

1. Please read the terms and conditions prior to purchasing the Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers.

2. This offer is open to only residents of the UK, Channel Islands and ROI only, aged 18 or over.

3. The Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers ("Knickers") by Ayten Gasson conforms to the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, the EU Cosmetic Directive and the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Please allow 28 working days from the payment date for delivery of the Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices include delivery charges.

ONE (1) pair of Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers designed by Ayten Gasson costs £10.00 including postage and packaging. £5 from the sale of every one pair of Knickers will be donated to Look Good... Feel Better - a charity for women who have been diagnosed with cancer. Registered Charity Number 1031728

6. Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colour of the Knickers as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colour you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the Knickers on delivery. Kimberly Clark takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Knickers appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices. All Knickers offered on the Kimberly Clark website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

The sizes of the Knickers are approximate only.

7. Orders

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase our Knickers. Once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and the order details. In certain circumstances, as those explained below, it will be possible for either you or us to cancel the order. Please read those paragraphs for more information.

Payment will be taken by Paypal at the point of order.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i) the Knickers are available, (ii) the order reflects our pricing and (iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company.

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.

Ownership of the Knickers shall pass to you once the Knickers have been delivered to you and we have received payment in full in cleared funds.

8. Acceptance of Orders:

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We may refuse to accept an order under any of the following conditions:
1. Where the Knickers are not available
2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3. If there has been a pricing or product description error
4. If we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent

No contract will commence between you and Kimberly Clark for the sale of the Knickers unless and until Kimberly Clark accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Kimberly Clark irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Returns Policy:

You can return the Knickers, within 7 days of receipt* for a full refund or exchange**. If you need to return an item to us, simply send the Knickers back with a completed returns slip which is attached to the delivery note, and include the following details:
- PayPal reference number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason(s) for return

* The date of receipt is defined as the date the item arrived at your requested delivery address. To clarify, if you are unavailable to take delivery of the item and the parcel is taken to your local sorting office for collection, the 7 day period commences from the original day delivery was attempted.

**If you wish to exchange the Knickers for another size and in the event that we no longer have that size in stock you will be notified and a full refund will be given.

Any Knickers for return should be clearly marked "Returned Goods" and posted to:

Where goods are found to be faulty we will reimburse the full cost of return postage. Where goods are not faulty you will be responsible for the return, shipping and packing costs.

10. Exceptions:

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

Please ensure that the Knickers are tried on over your own briefs - we will not accept returns on Knickers that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where the item is returned to us in a used condition or without tags. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke or had any tags removed are non-returnable and will be sent back to you. Please leave all tags in place. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Knickers by Kimberly Clark. We are only able to refund to the credit/debit card originally used to make payment for the Knickers. Refunds will not be made to third parties.

Andrex® cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend that you opt for recorded or special delivery and retain your proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all parcels are clearly labeled "Returned Goods" and securely sealed before posting. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

We take care when packing your order; please take the same care when returning your items to us by folding garments neatly to avoid unnecessary creasing which can cause irreparable damage to some fabrics.

11. Personal Information:

Any personal information such as your name, telephone number, home address and email address, obtained in the course of the sale of the Knickers, will be used to process orders and for delivery of the Knickers. In order to process your order, and to enable management of this website, your personal information may be passed to employees and agents of Kimberly Clark Ltd and to third party service providers who may process your information on our behalf and under our control.

Access to any third party website is taken at the risk of the customer. Limitation of Liability:

13. Kimberly Clark Limited (on behalf of Andrex®), Mandate Communications Limited accept no responsibility nor liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or other consequences that are in any way associated with the purchase or use of Andrex* Shea Butter Knickers or this activity.

To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Kimberly Clark is providing this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
